James is a senior litigator with more than 25 years' experience. He has an extensive trial and appellate law practice and experience with mediations, summary judgements, trials and arbitrations. He has dealt with cases involving both the prosecution and defence of claims involving spinal cord injuries, head injuries, chronic pain/fibromyalgia, post-traumatic stress disorders and mild traumatic brain injuries.
